Esztány Leather Products

We create several color variations for each design so that you can find the exact fit for your style. However, if you like an item, but would prefer it in different colors, please contact us so we handcraft it for you. Our leather products are handmade in any color combination.

Yes, of course! Contact us and we’ll talk about your favorite design and color combinations, so that you get an Esztány original product to perfectly fit your style.

We want you to enjoy the quality, handcrafted leather handbags, purses, backpacks, wallets and so on for as long as possible. Here’s what you can do to keep the Esztany items beautiful for years:

  • Once a week, wipe away dust and spots with a piece of cloth or soft brush.
  • Be extra careful with sharp objects, such as buckles, large buttons or jewellery, that could scratch or damage the leather.
  • Avoid overfilling your handbag, wallet or purse to maintain its original shape.
  • Whenever possible, cover your leather items to protect them from direct sunlight and heavy rain.
  • When storing for the next season, keep away from sunlight and humidity, and make sure to fill your Esztány leather items with wads of paper or bubble wrap to keep their silhouette intact.

Although we are not a repair shop for leather items, we want you to enjoy the Esztány products for as long as possible. Please contact us and we’ll direct you to someone who might be able to fix your damaged item.


We love to offer you innovative design and complex color combinations, but keep the shopping experience as simple as 1-2-3-4: find what you love in the Esztány shop, add it to the cart, pay for it, get it as soon as possible. That’s it!

No, because we like to keep things simple. At checkout, you only have to fill in your full name, delivery address and billing information, and that’s it.

The Eszány shop uses Stripe payment platform, so it’s easy and safe to pay using your personal or business card. Just follow the instructions on the screen.
We accept VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro with CVV2 or CVC2 code).
There are no additional fees for your transaction.Once you place your order and the payment is validated, the recipient “Esztány” will appear on your bank statement.

We send the Esztany leather products anywhere you are.

In Romania, we work with Fan Courier. The estimated time of arrival for your Esztány products is 2-4 working days for the items that are already in stock. Depending on season, custom orders can take 2-4 weeks to arrive, which include handcrafting the items and the transportation.

For European orders, we work with GLS, and the shipping cost is 27€. You can expect your Esztany products to arrive in 5-9 workdays, if we have them in stock. For international custom orders, please allow 4-5 weeks for handcrafting and transportation.

For non-European countries, please contact us to find a suitable shipping method.

In short, yes, we ship to all countries in Europe and all over the world. For the long answer, please refer to the previous question, “Where do you ship?”

We ship immediately the products that are in stock, so in 2-4 working days they’ll arrive at your door.
Out-of-stock and custom products take a little longer to manufacture and ship. Please allow 2-4 weeks for their delivery. After all, timeless quality takes time.
Once your items have been shipped, you will receive the shipping confirmation via email, along with a tracking number, so you know exactly when your items arrive.

When we ship your Esztany items, you will get an email that includes the shipping confirmation and the tracking number (AWB).

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an Esztány product, you can do so in 14 days from your purchase. The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and it must be placed in the original packaging.

The return cost is not covered by Esztány. Only the item price will be refunded, if eligible.

For Romania, the shipping cost is 3-4€, depending on your location, and additional charges may apply if your location isn’t nearby a Fan Courier hub. Of course, you’re free to use any delivery service, as long as the product gets safely back to us.

For European and non-European countries, shipping cost vary depending on your location.

Once the items are returned and inspected, you will receive an email to inform you if your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and will soon appear as credit in your bank account or original payment method. 

Processing time depends on your method of payment and your bank’s policies, and can take up to 5 business days.

Delays are common, but never pleasant. If your refund has been approved, but you haven’t received your money back, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
